The prescription glasses will look bad and will not give a great impression if they are dirty. Even if you have cheap prescription glasses, keeping them clean will make them look expensive. Cleaning the frame is not a big ask. You can easily use the same method which you used for cleaning the lenses or can clean the frame when you clean the lenses. Just make sure that you do not clean the lenses with a dry cloth. It might not get in touch with the lens but if it does, then there is every chance of getting a scratch anywhere on the lens. Just make sure that you are taking these precautions and that your prescription glasses will stay good for longer periods.
