I am an office worker and always do my work before the computer for a long time one day. After one day work, my eye always feel very tired and drying, and i found that the ordinary prescription glasses i worn in the daily life can not work very well for me. So i just wondering to buy one pair of prescription glasses for computer use. Should i go to the professional eye doctor to get the computer RX or just made some change based on my distance RX?

If your have already have a prescription for multifocal glasses, you can modify the prescription to the computer one by yoursely. You may follow the instuctions below:
Split the Add number in half, and combine that split number with the Spherical value. Discard the remaining Add, and leave the Add data entry field blank. And you should also narrow narrow the distance PD by a millimeter or two to help to focus closer when seeing the screen of the computers.
