Unhappy with the new rx glasses

I received the prescription glasses today. But the quality control has let me down.There is a scratch on the left lens. This is shocking workmanship.Both lenses have the numbers 200 on them with a little square just to
outside of each lens.Both lens have a little square on the inner side of lens near bridge.The frames are lovely no problem.I cannot accept these glasses , as they are substandard in quality.Please advise of a solution.thanks
